This option controls how
the wind speed is displayed throughout the system. There are a few instances
where information must be entered in knots as that is the scale that the NHC uses.
I.E. Official Forecast, etc..
This
option allows the user to control whether the location distances are displayed
in nautical or statute miles.
This
option controls the unit at which the central pressure is displayed. There
are some instances where millibars of pressure is
required as that is the unit of measure that the NHC uses.
