IMPORTANT: Only Contact Folders marked
(in Outlook) as "show this folder as an e-mail Address Book" will appear
in the folder list.
Specifies the folders that the user would like to be included in the address book
search when sending email. DO NOT specify very large folders (>5000 addressbook
entries) as it will greatly impact the performance of this function. If you have
large Contact folders, you might want to copy your "key" contacts to
a separate smaller folder (for use with HURRTRAK).
These
two options control
1. RDO Outlook Addressbook option - We do not suggest using this option unless
you are having problems interfacing with your Outlook addressbook.
2. Specifies
whether e-mail send via Outlook should be saved in Outlook's SENT folder... after
sending.
